In addition, Scott will be speaking at the 5th International Arbitration, Corporate Fraud & Anti-Trust Summit in Hong Kong on August 21st. His session, “Cross-Border Data Breach: Protecting Your Company from Armageddon,” is designed to provide effective ways to prepare for and handle a data breach, including ways to convince management to fund the preparation. He also will discuss how the US Executive Order (EO) on transferring US bulk sensitive data to China, including HK, impacts local businesses. The EO goes into effect fully on October 8th. The event is free for in-house counsel. If interested, please contact legalpluseventsasia@legalplus-asia.com or view a PDF with detailed program information.
