And yes, this is an AI generated picture

October is one of my favorite times of the year. (And no, not just because of the Pumpkin-flavored coffee/donuts/muffins at Dunkin, though that certainly helps). But for the last several years, our firm has been producing our Fall Webinar series.

And this year is no exception.

In our complimentary four-part webinar series (register here), we have picked some of the hottest topics we’ve seen this past year for private-sector employers and put them all in program.

From neurodiversity to the latest employment law trends and managing the impact of social media on your organization’s reputation, each session is designed to provide insights and practical tips. Whether you’re an HR professional, in-house counsel, or a business leader, these webinars should help you navigate an evolving legal landscape and protect your company from potential risks.

The programs start on October 1 and run each Tuesday for one hour each. Plus, you can receive CLE credit for each program too.

I’ll be speaking on the first one on October 1st at noon on “AI and Privacy Laws in the Workplace” along with my colleagues, Marc Lombardi and Emily McDonough Souza. We’ll delve into the intersection of AI technology and privacy laws in the workplace.

Why is this relevant? As more employers leverage AI for hiring, performance management, and daily operations, it becomes increasingly important to understand the legal implications around employee data privacy too. We’ll talk about emerging privacy laws and even AI regulations that may impact your workplace policies and practices.

And did I mention it was free?

Looking forward to seeing you all next week.
