Partner James Sherer both taught an AI Governance Professional training course and sat on a panel at the IAPP Global Privacy Summit 2025, April 21-23, 2025, in Washington, D.C. The panel, titled “Navigating Global Regulatory Compliance Challenges: EU and U.S. Perspectives,” discussed emerging and evolving regulations and guidance that may require global companies and institutions to implement comprehensive governance and compliance strategies.
