Partners Randal Shaheen, Sarah La Voi, Shareef Farag and Julie Singer Brady will take part in panel and roundtable discussions during the Consumer Brands CPG Legal Forum, which takes place Feb. 18-20, 2026, in Frisco, Texas.
La Voi will join a panel titled “The AI Inflection Point: Artificial Intelligence and the Evolving Role of the CPG Legal Department,” which will examine the differences in legal posture between the Biden and Trump administrations and the ramifications for federal oversight, compliance and risk management. Farag will participate on a panel titled “From the Field to the Frontline: Navigating the Top Labor and Employment Legal Affairs Issues in the CPG Industry,” a review of the latest challenges facing in-house counsel due to EEOC policy shifts, including working classification, wage and hour compliance, arbitration enforceability and the implications of the “One Big Beautiful Bill.” Shaheen and Singer Brady will take part in a roundtable discussion that will look at the FTC’s latest guidance on the use of influencers and a growing trend of class actions targeting influencer marketing.
