Amy previously served as Insurance Commissioner and is senior counsel in Taft’s Indianapolis office, leading the firm’s insurance regulatory practice. She brings over a decade of public service to the firm and extensive experience in major insurance regulatory matters, including acquisitions and mergers of domestic insurance companies, formation and licensing of insurance companies, health care reform, regulatory practices, insurance policy form and rate filings, insurance company compliance, insurance holding company matters, multi-state examinations, receiverships, and government contracts.
