Colorado Passes Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulatory Bill

Colorado became the first state in the country to pass a regulatory framework for artificial intelligence (AI). On May 17, 2024, Governor Jared Polis signed Senate Bill 24-205 (Concerning consumer protections in interactions with artificial intelligence systems) into law.
